    Our animals spend their entire life with us on pasture, eating the best grass, clover, and alfalfa we can offer. We work to minimize stress and fear and treat them with the respect they deserve. Our animals are never confined to a feedlot and are allowed to freely roam their pasture at all times.

  • Healthy

    Healthy animals mean healthy meat. We work to provide chemical free hay as much as possible and do not feed grain or other non-grass based feeds in the winter or as finishers. By providing a healthy and clean environment from the start we can reduce the need for chemicals and antibiotics reserving them for last resort treatments.

We’re on the home stretch! The boys are ready to hit the pastures but things aren’t quite ready yet. Another week or two and we’ll be grazing!

Happy to be home after @marbleseedorg this weekend and tired enough I had a seat in the field with our herd. It’s always fun to see what they will do (answer: try and mouth my hand or nibble on my coat). Wyatt and I are still holding out hope
Soil sampling in February is a little unusual but when an opportunity to get ahead of the spring madness comes along we take it!
